Carl Berry

Carl is a transactional and tax attorney practicing at the law firm of Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis, which is headquartered in downtown Tampa. Carl's practice focuses primarily on business and tax law aspects of acquisitive transactions (including stock and asset purchases, mergers, and reorganizations), fund formation and compliance, and executive compensation. Prior to relocating to Florida in 2007, Carl practiced law at the Manhattan headquarters of a major international law firm.

Carl graduated summa cum laude and with distinction from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with majors in Economics, Political Science and Finance and earned his law degree, cum laude,at Cornell Law School in Ithaca, NY.

Carl joined the board of directors of Wheels of Success in 2009. In addition to serving as a board member, Carl is an active member of Rotary (Upper Tampa Bay) and has volunteered for Rebuilding Tampa Bay, Enterprise Village, and Keep Hillsborough County Beautiful.
