Technology
Diane manages the Division of Enterprise Change
Management within the Technology and Innovation
department for the City of Tampa. The Division
Goal is to be a recognized leader in Enterprise
Change Management with a Continuous Improvement
Program providing a framework of support, guidance,
education and methods to:
- Align services with the City's mission,
vision and values
- Develop and implement
department strategic
plans
- Improve citywide processes for efficiency,
effectiveness and added value
- Establish a
continuous improvement cycle
through performance measure and management
- Engage in project/portfolio management
best practices
- Enhance customer service tools and
protocols
Her prior experience includes more than 18
years experience in consulting, business management
and leading teams in the retail, high technology
manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, non-profit
and public industry sectors. She owned and
operated a retail business, worked internationally
and has public relations and marketing experience.
With more than eleven years of writing press
releases and developing PR campaigns for local
non-profit organizations and other small businesses,
Diane has contributed to many successful marketing
strategies. Her range of experience includes
Speaking Engagements, Leadership Development,
Organizational Change Strategies, Corporate
Training, Career and Small Business Coaching,
Enterprise Resource Planning, Software Implementation
and Project Management, Process Improvements,
Re-engineering and Public Relationship building.
Diane has been an active member of the Tampa
Bay community for more than 25 years and and
advocate for working women and families. She
also began a not for profit organization in
2003, The Right Fit 4 U, that provides a supportive
program for health and fitness, primarily through
walking. All
of the proceeds are donated. The major recipient
has been an AED (defibrillator) program sponsored
by the American Heart Association. Five defibrillators
have been fully funded and deployed in Hillsborough
County.
She has won several awards including the 2007-2008
Italian American Women of Excellence Award
in Government, 2006 South Tampa Chamber's Determination
Award in Community Health Interest, Women of
Distinction Award from the Girl Scouts of America,
Woman of the Year Award from Business
and Professional Women/USA.
Diane is affiliated
with several professional and personal organizations:
International Association of Facilitators
(IAF), International Society for Performance
Improvement (ISPI) - Charter Member, Tampa
Bay Coaches - Member, American Society of Training
and Development (ASTD) - Member, Business and Professional Women/Carrollwood
Foundation - Board member, American Heart Association (AHA) - Ambassador,
Chamberlain High School Technical Advisory
Committee - Board Member, FBLA mentor. She
is also an active supporter of Powerstories
and Girl Scouts of America.
